Paul was a lifetime member of the Masonic Temple and he worked at the Newport News Shipbuilding for over 35 years.
Paul was preceded in death by his loving wife Judy.
He is survived by his two daughters; Pennie Mechelle Szell of Camp Hill, PA and Pamela Marie Belote (Chris) of Williamsburg, VA. He has four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Paul also leaves behind a brother J. Douglas Stitzel of Williamsburg VA.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 2 2023 at 1:00PM at Parklawn Memorial Park, 2551 N. Armistead Ave, Hampton,VA 23666.
