Phuong is survived by her sons; Nghia Dinh Uong, and Trung Dinh Uong, daughters; Phuong Thao and husband Albert Smith, Quynh Nhan Uong, and Phuong Dung Uong, and grandson; Gabriel Uong.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Phuong's life will be held at 1 pm on Tuesday, July 30, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
