She leaves behind to cherish her memories her husband of 40 years, Chuck J. Meyer; son, Paul A. Meyer of San Diego, CA; daughter, Sarah E. Meyer of San Diego, CA; sisters, Doreen Coombes of Adderbury, England, Kathleen Upton of Adderbury, England, and Ann Smith of Cropredy, England.

A memorial service celebrating Rosemary's life will be held Thursday, May 6, 2010, at 4:00 PM at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. Interment will be in Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery in San Diego, CA at a later date.
