Mrs. Turner is preceded in death by her husband, Richard James Turner, Jr., and her parents, James R. and Esma Magee. She is survived by her son, Richard J. Turner, III of Gloucester, VA.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 4, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Peninsula Memorial Park.
