The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 pm on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home in Virginia Beach, with a celebration of Rupert’s life to follow at 2:00 pm. A repast will follow the service at the funeral home.
