Sandy is preceded in death by her husband Clay W. Wynkoop. She is survived by her mother, Constance Blackwell, her four children Lawrence Novak, Katherine Novak, Karen Roberts, and Matthew Wynkoop. Her brothers Michael Dipersio (Audrey), David Dipersio (Angela), brothers-in-law Mark and Paul Wynkoop. She absolutely loved her grandchildren Brooke Roberts, Lacy Wynkoop, Skyla Novak, Clay Wynkoop, Robert Wynkoop, Aleighia Wynkoop and Madison Wynkoop.
Sandy retired from Nolan Company as a district credit manager. She loved vacationing at the beach with her children and grandchildren. She would always make sure that the officers who couldn’t be home for the holidays had a hot meal while working. Sandy will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
The family will share services to celebrate and honor Sandy will be shared very soon, thank you for your patience during this difficult time.
