Scott Edward Holmes, 44, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2013. He was born in Connecticut and was a resident of Hampton for 40 years. He was a member of St. Bede's Catholic Church in Williamsburg, Virginia.
He is survived by his parents, Jack and Marie Mulligan; brothers Nicholas Holmes (Ashley), Carlton Mulligan (Desiree) and Jack Mulligan, III; sisters, Cathy Sampson (Rich), and Jennifer Miller; grandmother, Margaret Phillips; nieces, Amber, Alexis, Michaela, and Olivia; and nephews, Bobby, Christian, Christopher, and Harrison.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 pm on Thursday, July 25, 2013 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home, with a celebration of Scott's life to begin 7:00 pm.
