Sheila was preceded in rest by her husband Raymond Milliman of Hampton, Virginia and her daughter Ginny Elizabeth. She is survived by her sons, Michael Milliman (Judith) of Hampton, Adam Milliman (Angela) of Virginia Beach, Matthew Milliman of Hampton; daughters, Diana Milliman and Amanda Milliman both of Hampton; grandchildren, Christopher, Elijah, Annamarie, Nova, Ginny, Lilian, Sean, Winter and Haleigh; great grandchildren, Robert; brother, BJ and sister, Sherry.
Sheila was a very patient and loving person. She always looked for the good in everybody. Her last thoughts were of her children and grandchildren. She will be forever missed.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home 2551 N. Armistead Ave Hampton, VA 23666. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
