Shelly Lee Southcombe, age 54, passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2025. She was a lifelong resident of Hampton, VA. Shelly was born on July 30, 1970 to Gerald Tyree and Patricia Felton. She was a devoted mother, daughter, sister and friend. She was loved by many.
Shelly was preceded in death by her first born son, Joshua Bowman; father, Gerald Tyree; grandparents, Betti Ellenburg (Frank Ellenburg) and Herman Banton. She is survived by her children, Ashley Bowman (Samantha Bowman) and Brandy Clapp (Andrew Clapp); mother, Patricia Felton (Timothy Felton); stepmother, Betty Tyree; brother, Christopher Tyree (Gloria Tyree); and many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. Shelly enjoyed spending time with her loved ones, dancing and listening to live performances, and loved the beach.
Shelly’s life will be honored on Friday, February 28th at 11:00 AM at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home & Memorial Park in Hampton, VA. If you’d like to pay your respects please show up to this small and personal gathering.
