Shirley was predeceased by her husband of 58 years, Joseph Paul Gaesser. Survivors include 3 daughters, Mary Anne Kuhnle of Newport News, Patricia Jo Pei & spouse Gabriel of Herndon, and Mary Rymer Coley & spouse Larry of Chesapeake.
Shirley was a lifelong resident of Hampton VA and an active member of Victory Life Church. A memorial service is scheduled for Thursday, January 5, 2017 at 1:00 pm in the mausoleum chapel at Hampton Memorial Gardens, 155 Butler Farm Road, Hampton, VA 23666 with inurnment to follow in the cemetery.
