He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas J. Christian, Jr. on June 11, 1997; mother, Virginia Dare Black Christian on October 31, 1990; and sister, Olivia Dare Christian on September 4, 1981.
Tom was a veteran and served honorably in the U.S. Navy. He worked for many years at Wylie Labs in Hampton, Virginia. He enjoyed boating and square dancing. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Hampton.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at Parklawn Memorial Park.
