Thomas Edward O’Neil, 86, of Gloucester, VA passed away on March 21, 2017. He was born on March 29, 1930 in Newport News, VA. He served his country for 4 years in the U.S. Air Force. After 33 years with the civil service he retired from the Naval Weapons Station as Transportation Director.
Thomas was preceded in rest by his loving wife, Catherine F. O’Neil. He is survived by his children, Janice O’Neil Sims, Gary O’Neil, Vicky O’Neil McLellan; sister, Rebecca O’Neil Kanaday; 7 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, March 24, 2017 at Parklawn Memorial Park.
