Thomas Jackson Seals

Thomas retired as a Computer Programmer from NASA after a career spanning over 30 years. He was a U.S. Army veteran and served in the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Free Hunter’s Hunt Club in New Kent County.

Preceding Tom in rest were his parents, Ray and Lois Seals and brother, Danny Seals. He is survived by his daughter, Robin S. Edwards and husband Jim, and grandsons, Evan and Wyatt Edwards all of Newport News; sister, Jeanie Short and husband, Tommy of Yorktown; nephew, David Short of Fredericksburg, VA; and niece, Kelli Tomasulo of Charleston, SC.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 19, 2015 from 5:30 to 7:00 pm at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 20, 12:30 pm at Hampton-Veterans Memorial Gardens.

The family thanks Tidewell Hospice of Port Charlotte, FL for their care and compassion during Tom’s illness.
