Violet Sumner Wyatt born in Carroll County Virginia in 1943 and resident of Newport News for 52 years passed away on Wednesday January 15th 2014. She was preceded in death by her father Claude Monroe Sumner.
Violet is survived by her loving husband of 51 years Kelley Wade Wyatt, her mother Alta Clementine Sumner, her brother Carroll Sumner and sister Linda Smithers, her two daughters Tammy Wyatt Slowikowski and Keli Wyatt House, and three granddaughters Kelleena Phillips, Ashley Slowikowski, and Andrea Cox.
Family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Saturday January 18th at Parklawn-Wood funeral home in Hampton Virginia. Graveside services will be held at noon on Sunday, January 19th at Parklawn Memorial Park in Hampton, Virginia.
