Virginia Kincaid Harbison, 88, passed away on Tuesday, September 13, 2011. She was born in Kincaid, West Virginia and was a resident of Hampton for 46 years. Virginia was a librarian with Dupont, the Pentagon, Sinclair Elementary School and the Department of Navy. She graduated from West Virginia Tech.
Virginia is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Robert James Harbison; and grandson, Alexander Gaelen Matlaga. She is survived by her daughter, Roberta Matlaga and husband, Dan; and grandsons, Jack Daniel Matlaga and Matthew Matlaga.
Services will be private.
