William is preceded in death by his wife, Joan, and daughters, Suzanne and Nancy. He is survived by his daughters, Jeanne Blount and Madeline Smith, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home on Saturday, Feb. 11 from 12-1 p.m. A Celebration of William's life will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 11. Entombment will follow at Peninsula Memorial Park.
