Well aunt Lou what can I say.. Oh I know.. The best memory I have of u is when we sat to wait for a tow truck to pick up ur car??. U said so many funny stories I'll never forget! U were one of a kind in this family. Untill we meet again!! Love u lots????

For My sweet and fun loving (California) Cousin.

Although I am a first cousin to Lou and family I only met you guys 3 or 4 times over the years.  Growing up in Oklahoma and Louisiana it seemed California was another country. However now my husband works there and I will be moving there in the summer. Now it is such a small world.  I am so grateful that God put me in Hanford just a few days before Lou's passing so we could visit, talk, laugh and pray together.  I will cherish that time we spent together.  
Lou,  I know you have joined the large Gibson Family reunion on your mothers side, and the Evett reunion on your dads side. Someday I will join all of you up in Heaven and I look forward to that precious time.  But until then I still have work here on Earth,and I need to meet and get to know the rest of your beloved family.  Love you Lou, my dear California Cousin.

Dearest Aunt Lou,

I will never forget the laughs we all shared around Grandma Gussy's kitchen table.  Knowing you are in a better place, and no longer suffering the effects of cancer....I'm thankful to know I was able to visit with you on Christmas Day.  You will be missed greatly, but will always live on in our hearts. Sending you much love and light...from your "favorite" great-niece and family! xo

You are greatly missed my friend, but I know you are in a better place and not in pain, so that helps me with my grief. My New Years Eves will never be the same, as I will always think of you. I like to remember the good times we had riding in the Red Cadillac! Ha. I will remember working at the Main Café as one of your waitresses, and my dear Mother, Wanda. I will remember our business meetings you held at the Lacey Inn after work. ha. But I will remember our last trip together that you took me out for my 64th Birthday and spent the night at the Palace. It was great fun. I miss taking you to the Friday night Jams, and taking you food and visiting you. You will always be in my heart along with my dear Mother. Miss you Lou, love you always.

I will miss you my dear sister.  I am grateful for all the memories I have of all of our trips to New Orleans, the Neville Concerts, and almost all of the casinos in California.  I feel blessed that I was able to be there for you in your final days.  I am so glad that you are out of your pain and suffering.  Say hello to Steve,Ronda,Jimmie, and to Mom and Dad for me.  Oh and to all of your husbands.  I will love you always.

I REALLY MISS THE NIGHTLY CALLS TO MY SISTER LOU, BUT KNOW THAT ALL PAIN AND SUFFERING IS GONE. LOVED SHOPPING WITH HER, NEVER COULD UNDERSTAND HOW SHE COULD LOOK AT EACH PIECE OF CLOTHING ON A RACK, SHE WORE ME OUT AND I WOULD GO FIND A PLACE TO SIT, WHILE SHE LOOKED AT EVERY PIECE OF CLOTHING IN A STORE. WILL MISS HER DEARLY

One of my favorite memories of Aunt Lou is of when she was working at the Main Cafe, she would send cards with nickels and dimes taped inside and I would think it was the best card I had ever received! Aunt Lou will be missed greatly, may she now rest in peace.
