Alan Wayne Roberts

Alan Wayne Roberts was born December 19, 1961 in Osaka, Japan and died January 16, 2014 in Hanford, Ca. Alan was a resident of Hanford for 50 years and graduated from Hanford High School in 1980. He worked at Sawtelle & Rosprim Machine Shop in Corcoran as a plant manager for 33 years.

He was one of two children born to Linda Roberts & the late John "Robbie" Roberts. Alan was the beloved husband of Tammy Roberts for 30 years. Alan will forever be remembered by his devoted sister Tina Roberts, his beloved daughters Brittni and Alyssa Roberts, soon to be son-in-law Jimmy Macias, treasured "adopted" grandchildren Kaitlyn & Landon McKee, and Seth Ramirez, along with countless other friends and family whom were blessed to know him.

Alan loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting, golfing, cooking, traveling, camping, laughing, being with his family, and having fun with friends.

Alan touched the lives of many people with his smile and generosity and maintained his trademark sense of humor all the way to the end. Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at People's Funeral Chapel, 501 N. Douty St, Hanford, Ca. followed by a reception at Glad Tidings Church 750 E. Grangeville Blvd. Hanford, Ca.
