My friend, my patient, member of my Chippy family I will forever hold special memories near my heart. Your kindness and friendly smile will never be forgotten. It was my privilege to make certain your hearing was was a top priority. I will miss you Tony….. but go now and listen to the angels harp as you now walk streets of gold. My condolences to the Barba family.

I first met Tony Barba when I was promoted to the rank of Sergeant for the CA Highway Patrol and assigned to Hanford Area. Tony was the Area MRE (mobile road enforcement -commercial) officer. He and I immediately became friends and his family and mine often shared meals together at local restaurants. My wife worked with Tony's daughter-in-law in Hanford schools. My wife was her aide. I remember Tony as a wise and thoughtful person, never one to intentionally irritate anyone. I guess those were reasons why I respected him as much as I had back in those days of 1982, when I worked in Hanford. RIP, my good friend. Mike Norman, CHP Sgt. (ret.), Peoria, Arizona.

Cheryl, Ron and Chris,

Your Dad was part of my church family….he greeted many on Sunday morning at 7:30 mass. I do not think he knew a stranger…a good man. He will be missed by many. God bless you all.
