Antonio, fondly known as Toño, was born to Aniceto Díaz and Margarita González on June 14, 1936, in Mixtlán, Jalisco, México. He loved playing soccer and baseball. He was a Dodger fan. Antonio worked for J.G. Boswell Company in Corcoran, California for more than 30 years.
Antonio is survived by his wife Zenaida and three children, Liliana González, Marco Díaz, and Edgardo Díaz. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Josafat González III, Jeremy González, Lezli González, Jacob González, Xitlalitl Díaz, Marco Díaz Jr., Michael Díaz, Edgardo Díaz II, Isayah Díaz, and Andrei Díaz. Antonio was predeceased by his parents, Aniceto and Margarita.
Visitation is scheduled for Monday, February 19, 2024, from 4:30 – 8:00 p.m. at People’s Funeral Chapel; 501 N Douty St, Hanford. The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church; 10435 Hanford-Armona Rd, Hanford. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
