Brian was born in Hanford, CA to Richard and Adeline Costa on May 17, 1964. He went to high school at Kings Christian High School in Hanford and graduated in 1982. Brian worked as a carpenter for a majority of his adult life. Approximately seven years ago, Brian's renewed fire for God took off with much enthusiasm. He began with Teen Challenge in Riverside, CA and upon completion, enrolled in the Teen Challenge Institute of Ministry. Brian waited patiently for God to direct his steps, which ultimately led him to CORD Ministries located in Victorville, CA. In addition, Brian joined the Assembly of God Youth Ministries, also located in Victorville. Brian had a passion for children and a desire to reach parents/adults and bring them to Christ through children. This passion was evident in his role with CORD Ministries and enabled him to touch the lives of numerous children and adults and introduce them to the Lord.
