I just found out you’re gone and I’m deeply saddened by your loss. 

I met Crystal in bootcamp. We immediately clicked and became close friends. We survived hurricane Ivan together in Pensacola, Fla 2004. Through social media we’ve stayed in touch and I will forever cherish our memories together. She was a loving mother to her beautiful children and it breaks my heart to know that they will grow up without her. 

One of my favorite memories with Crystal is when we graduated bootcamp and went to a reptile exhibit at the mall. We took a picture with a massive boa and it will forever be one of my most fond, precious memories of you. 

Rest in Peace Crystal. I will always miss you. 

I WAS A YOUNG MAN WHEN CRYSTAL WAS BORN. I WATCHED HER GROW TO THE STRONG WOMAN SHE BECAME. SHE LOVED MY MOM VERY MUCH AND CALLED HER NANNA. I WILL NEVER FORGET YOU CRYSTAL. LOVE YOU ALWAYS, UNCLE WALT.
