He has had several jobs before he served as a Correctional Officer for 28 years with the Department of Corrections, leading to his retirement at the age of 50. Erick was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Lemoore and also the Clamper Organization. His favorite pastimes include camping trips with his family in their RV and playing video games with friends and family. He was an avid reader and enjoyed cooking shows which led to a passion for cooking.
He is survived by his wife Suzanne, son Nolan, daughter Amber, parents Marina and Jack Trupp, and brother John Jay
A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, August 24, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Masonic Lodge, 647 W Bush St, Lemoore, CA 93245.
