

Eva K. Weisser, born in Hanford, CA on September 1, 1936 and raised by Loren and Bessie Arnold, went home to the Lord on August 31, 2017 at her home in Hanford surrounded by her family and her dog Cody. Eva graduated from Hanford High with the class of 1954, she started working for Hanford Laundry Service in 1954, from then she worked and retired from Pacific Bell (AT&T) from 1955-1989, she then went to work for Sears from 1991-1993, then from there went to work and retire from Kings County as a Clerk Typist from 1993-1999.
Eva loved her family which included her grandchildren and great grandchildren, she also had a passion for sewing and all her crafting. She loved to go camping and traveling, and sometimes having joy when discovering how she may have been related to people she had met along the way, having a big heart she loved people in general. She is loved and will be missed by all who have had the privilege of knowing her.
Eva is survived by her husband, Robert P. Weisser of 61 years, her two sons Robert J. Weisser, David (Carol) Weisser, and two daughters Linda (Ernie) Carlos, and Sandra (David) Vogelgesang. Fourteen grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren, her precious dog Cody, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father-in-law John and mother-in-law Mary Weisser, brother-in-law Douglas and sister-in-law Joyce Weisser, and sister-in-law’s Marilyn Wickert and Janice Weisser.
A Graveside Service will take place on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at 10 am at Grangeville Cemetery; 10428 14th Ave, Armona, CA.
In lieu of flowers, Eva’s family is asking that any donations go to American Cancer Society.
