Frances "Sandy" Snodgrass

April 28, 1944 – August 29, 2017

Frances "Sandy" Snodgrass died after a rare illness on August 29, 2017 in Fresno. Sandy was born in San Fernando, California on April 28, 1944 to William & Vivian Bowler. However, she traveled and lived all over the world, first with her husband Ed Snodgrass and then later with family and friends, she recently toured seven countries.

Sandy was a loving sister, wife, mom, grandma, great-Grammy, auntie and friend. She was also a dealer at Tachi Palace. She always said she was a great dealer, for the casino! She was a resident of Hanford, CA for the past 45 years.

The family is honoring her life lived by celebrating “Sandy” on her birthday on April 28th.

Sandy collected rocks wherever she traveled. We have made a rock garden in her memory. We would love if you mailed or brought a rock with your name on it to commemorate your relationship with her. You can decorate it however you wish.

Sandy’s Life Celebration will be held on Saturday, April 28th at 2:00 p.m. at the family’s home; 1386 Lassen Dr., Hanford, CA 93230 (559) 816-8661.
