It is with extreme sadness that the family of Frank Vallin Banuelos announce his passing on March 4th, 2022, at the age of 81. Frank passed away peacefully at home, with his wife and children by his side. He loved fiercely and deeply and we take comfort in knowing that Frank is now at peace and will be missed by many.
Frank was born on December 16, 1940, in Bakersfield, CA to Frank John Banuelos and Delores Betty Vallin. As a child he lived in Laton, CA. Frank attended McCarthy Memorial School and graduated in 1955. He also attended Hanford High School. During his school years, he was very active in sports. He enjoyed playing football, baseball, and wrestling. In 1958, he enlisted in the National Guard (Private E-2.CO. E 1/BG 185th Infantry) and was honorably discharged in June of 1960.

After retirement, he went back to work and started working for St. Rose McCarthy School for a few years and retired to spend time with his family. Frank loved to camp, fish with his children and grandchildren. He especially looked forward to playing the role of Santa Clause at Christmas gatherings. He would do anything to make his grandchildren smile. He never knew a stranger and would always make you feel welcomed. Anyone that truly knew him, knew he had such a big heart. He served faithfully for the Western District Pentecostal Church camps and events and was a faithful member of First Pentecostal Church of Hanford since 1986. As a result of his generous spirit and pleasant personality, he was loved by many. His faithfulness and love for God, and influence will forever remain in the lives of all who knew him.
His family will miss his presence in their lives but rejoice knowing he is in peace and resting as the good and faithful servant he was.
