He was born on January 31, 1934 in Duchesne County, Utah to Frank and Letta Meyer. He spent his life devoted to his family and was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and mentor.
Frank worked as a truck driver and mechanic and served in the U. S. Army. Outside of work, he enjoyed mission work for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and served on three continents. He loved his family, his church, and his home. He will be remembered for his work ethic and missionary spirit.
He is survived by Elaine his spouse, his six children and their spouses, 14 grandchildren and their spouses, and 18 great-grandchildren, his sister and her spouse, and other beloved family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by one brother, six sisters and their spouses, and both parents.
A funeral service will be held on August 8, 2026 at 10:30am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Hanford, California. Flowers are appreciated but if you prefer, please make donations to LDS Humanitarian Aid and General Missionary Fund at Give.ChurchofJesusChrist.org.
