Joe is survived by his spouse, Shannon Wallen; his daughter Ameia Diana Hernandez; and his daughter Ezilea Ann Hernandez; his father Ramon Hernandez and his mother Kimberly Jo Ann Osterhout; his brother William Hernandez and his sister Danica Hernandez.

A Funeral Service for Joe will be held on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at People's Funeral Chapel, 501 North Douty Street, Hanford, California 93230. The use of facemasks will be mandatory.
