She was in the healthcare industry for over 30 years.
Joyce is survived by daughter Debra King; and daughter Teresa Liebig; brother Mark Milligan; granddaughters Shannon, Sarah and Amy and grandsons Jacob, Joshua, David and Danny.
She was preceded in death by her parents Eugene & Leota Marie Milligan, husband Bill Bennett and daughter Kathy Motts.
Joyce will be laid to rest privately at Pleasant Valley Cemetery with her late husband.
