Kathy Dee Mott

Kathy Dee Mott was born to Dwight Owen Mott & Joyce Ledene Bennett on February 26, 1966 in Petaluma, California. Kathy passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at her home in Hanford, California with her family at her side. Kathy was a long time resident of Hanford for the past 27 years. She had worked as a Merchandise Stocker for the past 13 years for Wal-Mart. Kathy’s passion in life was photography. She truly enjoyed capturing unforgettable moments of her family and friends. Kathy was raised and remained close as ever to her two sisters; Teresa Mott & Debbie King. Kathy loved to be anywhere outdoors and especially at the mountains; running, hiking and riding bikes. Along with photography Kathy really liked to draw & paint, she was a true artist at heart! Kathy will be missed by all who knew her. She touched so many hearts…

Kathy is survived by her father; Dwight Mott & his wife, Kellie of South Dakota and her mother; Joyce L. Bennett of Hanford. Kathy is also survived by her loving daughters; Sarah Mott and her Fiancé, Pedro Navarro of Hanford and Amy Jackson of Hanford and her precious grandson; Aiden Navarro of Hanford.

A Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 16, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and a Funeral Service on Monday, September 17, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at People’s Funeral Chapel; 501 N. Douty Street, Hanford, CA 93230 559-584-5591.
