Louis Henry Hall Jr.

Louis was born in Hanford, California on July 10, 1946 to Henry and Alpha Hall. He graduated from Laton High School in 1964. At Laton High he was a member of the baseball and basketball teams. Louis served briefly in the United States Army. Following his discharge he married Carol Jean McQuilliams in Hanford on May 14, 1965 and they made their home mostly in Laton. Louis enjoyed BBQ’ing, camping, fishing, golfing, and gambling. He especially enjoyed yard sales and the Monday sale in Hanford. Family time was important to Louis and he cherished every moment. Louis was a kind, caring and giving person to anyone who was in need. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.

Louis was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Alpha and by his sister, Earlene Glory.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Carol of Laton, CA; his son, Michael Hall and wife Denise of Palm Springs, CA; his daughter, Karey Fidalgo of Clovis, CA; two sisters, Wonda Medico of Laton, CA and Vera Betts and husband, Dave of Hanford, CA; three grandchildren, Michael, Wyatt and Daelynn.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 1, 2012 from 5 – 7 pm at People’s Funeral Chapel, 501 N. Douty Street in Hanford, CA. Graveside services will be held on Monday, July 2, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at Oak Grove Cemetery in Laton, CA.
