Mari Hernandez

On behalf of the Hernandez Family we would like to thank you all for coming. We would like for you all to remember Mari as she always was, with a smile on her face. Anyone who had the opportunity to meet and know Mari knows that her heart overflowed with love. She was always willing to help others when in need without being asked or without hesitation. Mari definitely reaped the love the she sewed amongst all of you here today. Family was very important to Mari. She loved seeing everyone come together in good and bad times. She enjoyed the laughter and loved shared. No one can deny that her high spirit lifted up any room that she entered. Mari was very caring, very loving, very stubborn and very humble. Our parents were blessed with a beautiful daughter. It comforts us to know that she is no longer in pain and without anxiety. She is watching over all of us and even though she isn't physically here with us she will always be in our hearts. If there's anything we can learn from Mari is to never give up, keep a smile on your face, and keep your loved ones close.

De parte de la familia Hernández nos gustaría darles las gracias a todos por venir. Nos gustaría que recuerden a Mari como era siempre, con una sonrisa en su rostro. Quien tuvo la oportunidad de conocer y saber a Mari sabe que su corazón se desbordó con amor. Siempre estaba dispuesta a ayudar a los demás cuando se necesitaba sin ser preguntada o sin dudarlos. Mari definitivamente cosechó el amor lo que cosía entre todos ustedes aquí hoy. La familia era muy importante a Mari. Le encantaba ver a todo el mundo reunirse en buenos y malos tiempos. Ella disfrutó la risa y el amor compartido. Nadie puede negar que su alto espíritu levanto cualquier habitación en que entró. Mari era muy cariñosa, muy terca y muy humilde. Nuestros padres fueron bendecidos con una hermosa hija. Nos consuela saber que ya no está con dolor y sin ansiedad. Ella está velando por todos nosotros y aunque no esté físicamente con nosotros siempre estará en nuestros corazones. Si hay algo que podemos aprender fue que nunca debemos darnos por vencidos y siempre mantener la familia cerca.

Laura Russo: If you knew Mari, you know she loved her babies. Although we lived far away, my sister always went above and beyond to make certain that her nephew Vincent and niece Natalya knew that there Tia Mari loved them. No words can ever explain the appreciation and love that I have for Mari for loving my babies as if they were her own and always assuring that we felt included.

Laura Russo: Si conociste a Mari, saben que amaba a sus bebés. Aunque vivimos muy lejos, mi hermana siempre fue más allá para asegurarse que su sobrino Vicente y sobrina Natalya supieran que su tía Mari los amaba. No hay palabras que puedan explicar la apreciación y amor que tengo para Mari por amar a mis hijos como si fueran sus propios, y por siempre asegurarse que nos sentíamos incluidos.

Araceli Hernandez: I will miss our long conversations about life, our sisterly bonding time trips, and having someone to share my day with. I was blessed to hold her hand to the very end and hear her last heartbeat. My family and I are extremely blessed to have you all here to help support us. Thank you no words can ever describe my families gratitude.

Araceli Hernandez: Voy a extrañar nuestras largas conversaciones sobre la vida, nuestros viajes de tiempo de hermanas y tener alguien con quien compartir mi día. Fui bendecida en poder sostener su mano hasta el fin y escuchar sus últimos latidos. Mi familia y yo estamos bendecidos extremadamente por tenerlos aquí para apoyarnos.
