May Wright, 93 of Hanford, California passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at Adventist Medical Center in Hanford following a slow decline after a fall. Mom struggled with Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma for over 15 years. A noble struggle, rewriting American Medical History for treatment at her age. May was proud to have been from Arkansas!
She was preceded in death by her parents; J.L. & Bertie (Blackwell) Morgan and her beloved husband; Ellis Wright and her loving first born child, her son; Avalon Wright and also by all of her brothers.
May leaves behind her dear twin sister; June Huskey of Ventura, CA, her loving son; Charles Wright of Palm Springs and her loving daughter; Sharon Artukovich of Covina, CA. May will always be cherished by her 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at Grangeville Cemetery; 10428 14th Avenue, Armona, CA 93202.
