Michael Thomas Cecilia

Michael was born in El Paso, Texas on November 26, 1957 to John and Jean Cecilia. He was raised and educated in Nobnoster, Missouri, graduating from Nobnoster High School in 1976. While in high school he was active in football and track. Following high school he attended Missouri State from 1976 to 1978. Mike moved to Lemoore, California in 1996. On December 2, 2006 he married Tina Merrie Young and they made their home in Lemoore, California. Mike was attending West Hills College pursuing his associate’s degree and was planning to transfer to Fresno State to obtain his master’s degree in history. He was self employed as computer technician for 15 years. He was an avid Kansas City Chief fan and enjoyed computers and loved animals. His greatest enjoyment was spending time with his bride, Tina.

Mike is survived by his wife of four years, Tina of Lemoore, Ca; his father, John Cecilia of Missouri; four children, Tiffany Jean Cecilia, Michael Kramer, Ayron Jean Canjura and Bradley Cecilia, all of Springfield Missouri; three step children, Mark Poe and wife, Ashley of New Mexico, Matthew Poe of San Diego, CA and Drena Turner and husband, Michael of New Mexico; four sisters, Cindy Anderson, of Lubbock, Texas, Nada Pritchard of Waynesville, Missouri, Jackie Hutton and Cherri Suggs of San Antonio , Texas; grandchildren, Logan Kramer, Gwenyth Kramer, Lance Canjura, Morgan Canjura, Trinity Rose Poe and Gavin James Poe and many friends.

Visitation will be held at People’s Funeral Chapel, 501 N. Douty Street in Hanford, CA on Saturday, March 19, 2011 from 3 to 7 p.m.
