Michael is a former employer Eason Trucking in Velma, Oklahoma.
He is survived by his wife Michelle Kingen, daughter Anna, father John, mother Renee (Steve) Anthony, brother Jake Kingen and three nieces and three nephews and sister Kacie (Cha) Arlint. He is preceded in death by Betty blalock and sister- in-law Debra Kingen.
