Pamela Sue Landolt, “Pam”, 53, of Hanford, CA passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 28th, 2021 at Keck Medicine of USC Los Angeles, CA, with her three children at her side after battling a series of cardiac events.
Pam was born in Okinawa, Japan on April 17th, 1968 to the late William E. Ward, Jr & Martha Jean Ward. Pam is survived by her devoted husband of 17 years, James Landolt. She was the proud mother of Krystalynne Macias, Klint (Keisha) Rogers, Kody (Paula) Rogers, and her two stepsons, James (Shelby) Landolt and Joseph Landolt. Pamela was also a loving grandmother to Elijah and Aiden Macias, Karianna and Korensa Rogers, Gianna Rogers, and Astrid Landolt. Pam is also survived by her brother Michael (Robin) Ward, nephew Mason and niece Jenna Ward.
Pam’s childhood was that of a typical military child, traveling and living in various locations around the U.S. and abroad. Pam’s family eventually settled in Lemoore, CA where she graduated from Lemoore High School in 1986.
After a couple of short departures from the Kings County area, she returned to make Lemoore/Hanford her permanent home. Pam was her Father’s Daughter, patriotic to the core. Pam’s desire to help support the Military community found her working at Naval Air Station Lemoore. Her latest role, and her most proud, was as a Government Service Employee (GS) Military Pay Auditor at the Personnel Support Division (PSD) Lemoore. Pam was passionate about her work.
Pam’s hobbies came from the love of the outdoors. She enjoyed spending time camping, fishing and most of all, being a part of the Bigfoot Community. Pam was also known for her cooking abilities and often volunteered to cook for holidays and parties. Most notably, she was known for her famous jalapeno- strawberry jam. Pam really knew how to bring a family together at the dining table.
Anyone who knew Pam well, was aware her hair color would change as often as the Seasons. She routinely changed her hair color from red, to purple, to pink, and most recently blue. One thing that didn’t change was her loyalty and friendship, she was always there for you. Pam will truly be missed for her loving and caring personality.
The Landolt and Ward Families would like to thank everyone that has shown so much love and support during this difficult time. We know that Pam meant so much to so many people and we invite family and friends to view Pam’s Legacy and write condolences.
