Pamela Jean Voter, age 63, entered into rest on Tuesday, August 31, 2021. Pamela was born September 29, 1957 in New Castle, Pennsylvania to Lillian C. Wheal and John P. Moran.

Pamela is survived by her daughter Brittany Wheat; and her son Christopher Voter. Pamela is also survived by 5 wonderful grandchildren.

Pamela was preceded in death by her father John P. Moran and her mother Lillian C. Wheal.
