Bob was a dedicated military servicemember, spending 20 years in the United States Navy before retiring as a Senior Chief Petty Officer. After retirement, he worked at Orchard Supply Hardware and the Kings County Probation Department. In his free time, he enjoyed many days on the golf course.
Bob is survived by his wife of 61 years, Janice; son Jeffrey Gibbs of Lemoore; and sister Joan Miller of Kansas City, Missouri. He was predeceased by his parents.
No service will be held as he requested.
