

Roberta “Bobby” Faye Davis, 86, of Hanford, passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2013 at Hanford Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Hanford, California. She was born on December 5, 1926 in Tulsa Indian Territory, Oklahoma.
Bobby was a homemaker and an avid golfer. She volunteered with the Candy Stripers at Hanford Community Hospital. She loved traveling with her husband and friends. On one of their many trips taken, they went to Spain and Morocco with their children. She loved her family and the get-togethers that were a part of almost every weekend. She was considered “small but mighty” standing at 4’10”. She will be greatly missed and never forgotten!
Bobby is survived by her loving children; Steven and wife Gloria Davis of Banning, Karen and husband Dale DeBolt of Atwater, Greg Davis of Hanford, Robert Davis of Hanford, Bill and wife Dolores Davis of Hanford, Rick and wife Jennifer Davis of Martinez, California. She is also survived by her sister; Betty Reynolds of Los Angeles and brother; Richard Jones of Merced, California. She will be dearly missed by her 21 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death in 2002 by her husband; Wayland “Tex” of almost 57 years, her brothers Bud, Clarence, Ed and sister Ginny.
Bobby & Tex will rest together as we celebrate their joined Graveside Service on Friday, June 28, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Hanford Cemetery; 10500 10th Avenue, Hanford, CA 93230 559-584-3937.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers that donations be made in Bobby’s name to the Hanford Nursing and Rehabilitation Center; 1007 Lacey Blvd., Hanford, CA 93230.
