Rosemary was born November 24, 1926 in Weston, West Virginia. She was preceded in death by her husband George Lee Montgomery and son Ralph David Rohrbough. Rosemary loved nothing more than dancing; from line dancing, ball room to swing she could do them all, if there was a dance anywhere from the Hanford Downtown Thursday Market, Fresno, Laton to Tulare you could count on finding Rosemary there alone with her other dancing friends. She would take the time to greet a newcomer and get them out on the floor to teach what she knew or learn steps from them. Dancing was what brought a smile to her face. She was always ready to make a new friend or dance partner. Rosemary would spend all day putting together just the right outfit to dazzle everyone at the dances. She sparkled in everything she did.
