She leaves her husband of 28 years, David Parrish; her daughter Arvy Perez; and her 5 grandchildren Alyssa, Angelica, Angelina, Aliyah, and Georgie; as well as her family here and in the Philippines.
Born and raised in Capul N. Samar, Philippines the daughter of Segundino and Francisca Castillo. In her early years, Rosie graduated from high school in Northern Samar and later earned a high school
Degree in Hanford, California adding knowledge of U.S. history and the political system of her new home in America and later becoming a U.S. citizen on December 14, 2007.
Rosie and David were married on November 21, 1991 in Olongapo City, Philippines and lived a happy life for 28 years together. Rosie worked hard raising her daughter and later helping with her grandchildren as well as making a house into a beautiful and warm home for her family.
Rosie had a passion for family and most importantly her grandchildren to which she devoted most of her time. Rosie also loved gardening and had a way with plants, her garden in the front yard often received complements from neighbors.
