Ruben Meza de la Cruz

Ruben was born and raised in Fresno, California. His later years he lived in Hanford and Lemoore; He never ventured far from his roots in Fresno.

Ruben was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Judy De La Cruz, son Martin De La Cruz, his parents Joseph and Adaline De La Cruz, brother Joseph De La Cruz Jr. and his sister Teresa Cardenas.

Ruben is survived by 3 daughters. Lisa DeRuiter (Dirk), Lydia Sedano, and Sonia De La Cruz, 1 Godson Andrei Chavez;

2 Sisters Emily Martinez and Mary Castillo (John), 1 brother Victor De La Cruz (Bo).

10 Grandchildren: Joshua DeRuiter (Kylie), Derrik DeRuiter (Severina), Kristion Casey (Kenneth), Misty DeRuiter (Charles), Mallory Breshears, Dylan DeRuiter (Sara), Andre Rodriguez, Ariel Rodriguez, Kasey Avila, Greg Meraz.

11 Great Grandchildren: Matthew, Aalayah, Carlee, Jayce, Robbin, Leah, Kairi, Mikaylah, Jazlene, Llogan, & Paislee.

He will be greatly missed by all. Dodgers and/or 49er attire is encouraged or your team's winning colors.
