Troy Lee Bailey

Troy l. Bailey was born in Danville, Illinois to Wayne and Marie Bailey on August 11, 1955. He was brother to Susan and Cinda. He married Santos his loving and devoted wife of 38 years, in Hanford, CA. Together they raised their only child Christopher l. Bailey who followed his father’s footsteps in Law Enforcement.

He dedicated his life to the Kings County Sherriffs Department for nearly 25 years as a Deputy. He spoke often of the love and laughter he shared with his fellow officers and staff. Lifelong friendships were built and cherished.

Troy was a family man, a hard-working man and an accomplished journeyman in many trades including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and auto mechanics.

He will be remembered by those who loved him, as an honest and hardworking man with a huge heart.

Troy passed away July 22, 2015 after a long battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his parents and Sister Susan. He is survived by his wife Santos and son Chris and wife Jennifer Bailey. He is also survived by sister Cinda and Jack Overman; The Rangel Children Val Jr., Vincent, Justin Brandon, Jacob and Haley. The loving support of Carlos and Angie Campa and children Carlos Jr. and Genevieve was a blessing.

He will be greatly missed.

A graveside service in his honor will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at 9 a.m. at Calvary Cemetery 11680 10th Ave., Hanford, Ca.
