Vincent is survived by; brothers Larry, Pete and Joaquin Quitugua, sisters Terry Miles, Utillia Bautista and Anita Guerrero.
Vincent was preceded in death by; father Joaquin Terlaje Quitugua and mother Caridad Salas Quitugua.
A Visitation for Vincent will be held Wednesday, April 4, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a Rosary Service at 6:00 PM all at People's Funeral Chapel; 501 N. Douty Street, Hanford, CA 93230. An inurnment will occur at a later date at Lemoore Cemetery; 1441 N. Lemoore Avenue, Lemoore, CA 93245.
