Barbara A. Barker

Barbara A. Barker, 83 of Hanover, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 17, 2023. Born in Brockton on February 25, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Irene (Carreaux) Agius. Barbara worked for many years at South Shore Hospital as a billing clerk. 

Barbara loved music, singing and dancing. She enjoyed arts and crafts and was in various bowling leagues with her husband, Frank. 

She loved going to different casinos with her husband and taking their annual anniversary trip to Las Vegas.

Barbara was the devoted wife of the late Frank Barker, who passed away four months ago. She was the loving mother of Christine Barker and Michele (Barker) O'Neil, both of Hanover, and the late Corey Barker. She was the step mother of the late Frank and Thomas Barker. Also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Liam and Olivia O’Neil.

A graveside service will be held at Holy Family Cemetery, 92 Centre Ave, Rockland, on Friday, December 22, 2023 at 11 AM.
