

Barbara was born on May 15, 1935, in Malden, Massachusetts, where she grew up. She later settled in Pembroke, where she lived for 63 years. She was the daughter of the late Peter and Adele (Federici) Gramolini.
Barbara was one of seven siblings and was predeceased by her brothers John, Ernest, and Joseph Gramolini, and her sisters Mary Bransfield, Angela Heath, and Teresa Quealy.
She was the devoted wife of the late Robert I. Hall. Barbara was the beloved mother of Thomas Hall and his wife Kim of Halifax, MA, and Michael Hall and his wife Gina of Pembroke, MA. She was the loving Nana of Brittany Taylor and her husband Christopher of Sandwich, MA, and Abigail Hall of Framingham, MA, and the proud great-grandmother of Quinn Taylor. She is also survived by Raschel, Emelia Juarez, Kristen Gilbert, and many cherished in-laws, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Barbara worked for many years as an employee and retired from East Bridgewater Savings Bank in Hanson, MA. She was a longtime member of St. Theclas Parish in Pembroke and later became a member of Holy Family Church in Duxbury, MA.
Barbara kept herself busy with many activities throughout her life. In her earlier years she enjoyed bowling in leagues at the Hanover Bowladrome. She also loved playing bingo and was known among family and friends as being especially lucky. Barbara enjoyed spending time at her monthly luncheons with her closest friends. As the years went along, she enjoyed attending sing-alongs at the Marshfield COA, watching TV game shows and especially enjoyed the QVC shopping channel. Barbara always had a special talent for finding unique Christmas gifts for her family, and each gift came with its own story as why she had chosen the gift
Above all else, Barbara loved her sons, Tom and Michael, dearly and treasured the time spent with her family.
Visiting hours will be held at Sullivan Funeral Home, 551 Washington Street, Hanover on Wednesday, May 27 from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., followed by a funeral mass at Holy Family Church, 601 Tremont Street, Duxbury, at 11 a.m. Burial to follow in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, MA.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions in Barbara’s name be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, or online at www.stjude.org.
