Carol C. Scott

Carol was raised in Brockton and was a graduate of Brockton High School where she met the love of her life Ronald T. Scott. The two were married for over 60 years and raised their family of four children in Brockton before settling in Pembroke. Once their children were grown, Carol and Ronald moved to Hanover where they resided for the last 35 years. She worked in cosmetics at Macy’s for over 35 years which she affectionately called her Macy's family.

Carol was a thoughtful and caring woman who was also upbeat and funny with a great sense of humor and style. Carol was also diverse and extremely accepting. She loved vacationing at the beach at Marco Island every year and also loved fashion, make-up and shopping. You would also find her taste in music diverse with her appreciation of all genres although Tom Jones was by far her favorite artist.

Carol was the loving wife of the late Ronald T. Scott. Mother of Elizabeth Scott of Rockland, John Scott of Dallas, Texas, Joanne Ward and her husband Mark of Pembroke, and the late Paul Scott. Adoring grandmother of Shawn, Ashley, Kyle and Geoffrey and great-grandmother of Dax and Xavier. Endearing to her were her brother-in-law John Scott and his wife Terry of Pembroke, and her sister-in-law Gale Gleason and her husband Bob of Kingston.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, July 5th from 4:00PM-7:00PM at Sullivan Funeral Home in Hanover, 551 Washington St., Rt. 53. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 6th at 10:00AM at St. Mary’s in Hanover, 392 Hanover St.
