E.Kenneth Gray Jr.

Mr. E. Kenneth Gray Jr. of Norwell, passed away unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, May 6th Born and raised in Weymouth, he was the son of the late Eliot K. Gray, Sr. and the late Dorothy Santos Gray- McCarthy, both of Weymouth. Kenny was an avid sportsman who graduated from Weymouth North High School in 1974. He continued playing hockey at Westfield State College where he graduated in 1978. Kenny was a successful real estate developer and along with his brother-in-law Mark, co-founded Tedeschi-Gray Ltd. and Crescent Realty Group. He enjoyed sailing, fishing, ice hockey, and coaching various Norwell youth sports. Kenny will be remembered for his kind and generous spirit, and he was the life of the party. His greatest joy was his family. He was the beloved husband of Lisa Tedeschi Gray for twenty-five years and the devoted father of Jenna Marie Gray and Evan Kenneth Gray both of Norwell. He was the loving brother of Linda Gray of Carver, Stephen Gray of Leominster, Thomas Gray and his wife Barbara of Hanover, and Maureen Gordon and her husband Dan of Wellesley. Kenny is also survived by his father-in-law, Robert Tedeschi, Sr. of Norwell, as well as many cherished aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends. He will be greatly missed by all those fortunate to have known him. Visiting hours in the Sullivan Funeral Home, 551 Washington Street, Rte 53 in Hanover on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 AM in St. Mary of the Sacred Heart Church, 392 Hanover Street, Rte 139 in Hanover.
