Mrs. Florence Schneider McColgan, 72, of Rockland died Thursday, June 17, 2004 in her home. The daughter of the late Herbert and Florence Dionne Schneider, she was born in South Boston on March 14, 1932. She was raised and educated in South Boston and lived in Dorchester until moving to Rockland 28 years ago. Mrs. McColgan was employed as an Assembler at the Electro Signal Lab in Rockland from 1976 until her retirement in 1986. She is survived by her Husband, James J. McColgan Sr, 2 Sons James J. McColgan Jr. of Windsor CT and John McColgan of East Bridgewater, 2 Daughters, Ann Hayes of Wakefield and Florence A. McColgan of Somerville and 6 Grandchildren. A Funeral Mass will be on Saturday, June 19, 2004 at 9 AM in Holy Family Church, 403 Union Street in Rockland. Interment will be in Central Cemetery in East Bridgewater. Visiting hours in the Sullivan Funeral Home, 41-45 East Water Street in ROCKLAND on Friday from 4-9 PM.
