She resided in Halifax, MA where she lived with her daughter Ellen and son-in-law Dave for the past 35 years. In her later career, she worked at the Assessors Office for the Town of Halifax.
She enjoyed spending time with her family. She loved to keep up with all of the latest news and exciting activities the grandchildren were having. She loved to paint, was an avid reader and also wrote short stories. She loved the ocean and going to the beach, having brunch and her Red Sox. She enjoyed long rides to nowhere special, always saying - "We may not know where we are going - but we are making good time".
She always had the best "Mom" advice, warm and loving hugs and kept us all laughing and smiling with some of her funny anecdotes or quotes for whatever the situation called.
We would like to thank the compassionate staff at The Life Care Center of Plymouth during her last weeks of life.
